Christina Robinson

With more than 15 years of experience in the development industry, Christina Robinson serves as Director of Growth and Advancement for Connect Advisors. In this role, she leads the firm’s internal and external advancement, aligning strategy, business operations, and communications to drive sustainable growth.

Christina leads strategic initiatives that strengthen Connect Advisors’ presence across Tribal, hospitality, healthcare, education, and community sectors nationwide. She develops and implements growth strategies and operational systems, oversees client deliverables, and builds key partnerships that expand market opportunities. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing efficiency, elevating the firm’s visibility, and advancing its long-term vision.

Her role also extends into project collaboration, where she partners with managing directors and project managers to align teams, uphold quality in client deliverables, and identify opportunities that strengthen performance and momentum. Known for her attention to detail, business intelligence, and collaborative leadership style, Christina actively mentors emerging professionals and helps shape a culture of excellence, integrity, and stewardship — values that define Connect Advisors.

Beyond her professional role, Christina serves on the Board of Directors for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) in Parker and Palo Pinto Counties, advocating for the safety and permanency of children in foster care. She is also a member of CREW Fort Worth and a graduate of the NAIOP Developing Leader Institute, where she served as Vice President of the 2020 class.
