Allen Franklin brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a portfolio spanning technology, healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, food production, hospitality, and oil & gas. In addition, he holds over 15 years of expertise in the mechanical sector, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Allen has served as an Owner’s Representative for a Native American Tribe, where he spent eight years collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and Tribal leadership to guide the design, development, and construction of culturally significant projects. His leadership ensured high-quality, legacy facilities were delivered on time and within budget.

By drawing on his diverse background, Allen fosters strong, team-driven relationships that result in successful project delivery and lasting client partnerships. His experience and collaborative approach make him an invaluable resource for advancing Connect Advisors’ work with Tribal, healthcare, and commercial clients.
