Allison Howison

Allison Howison, Preconstruction Manager at Connect Advisors, is a proud member of the Osage Nation and Quapaw Nation with a degree in Construction Management. With more than six years of experience, she has contributed to the successful delivery of complex projects, including the Margaritaville Hotel & Resort, and continues to bring specialized expertise to projects across Indian Country.

In her role, Allison provides comprehensive preconstruction and project management support, ensuring accurate documentation, cost and budget tracking, and clear communication between project stakeholders. She oversees critical processes such as pay application review, change management, FF&E and medical equipment coordination, submittals and RFIs, and solicitation management (RFPs, RFQs, etc.). Allison also supports design team management and coordination with owner consultants, keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with client goals.

Her attention to detail, financial acumen, and commitment to Tribal communities make Allison an invaluable partner in advancing high-quality, culturally significant projects.
