The infrastructure program for the Chicken Ranch Casino Resort was developed to provide long-term operational independence and community benefit, ensuring the success of one of California’s premier Tribal hospitality and gaming destinations. Key components included a central utility plant, on-site water and wastewater treatment facilities, and a dedicated electrical substation to deliver reliable, self-sustaining services for the resort. The scope also incorporated a 1,000–1,200 space parking structure and a state highway roundabout to improve accessibility and traffic flow for guests and staff. In addition, the construction of a new Tribal Administration building and a modern Fire Station supports both governance and public safety, reinforcing the Tribe’s commitment to its members and visitors alike. Together, these critical infrastructure elements position the development as a forward-thinking model of integrated hospitality, gaming, and community investment.
